I am Lonnie and have been married to my wife Kaili for 7 years. While our backgrounds did not start in real estate (I am a 20 year Tech Sales veteran and she is an Attorney) over our time together we have found a true joy in transforming homes from the past, or raw land, into beautiful new spaces. We are joined in our journey by our CWO (Chief Woofing Officer) Mr Brojangles who is an 8 year old Cavalier King Charles.

Between the 3 of us we have enjoyed the process of acquiring, designing, demoing and rebuilding numerous spaces across Washington, California and Montana. We have a true passion for clean modern design that feels warm and inviting.
